Refund Policy

Because you create and approve your personalized birthday experience before payment, all purchases are final once the event is published and the guest link and QR code are unlocked. Refunds are only available if the service fails to work as described and we cannot fix the issue before the event, or where required by law.

Before you pay

• Building and previewing your birthday experience is completely free.
• You can edit, regenerate, add, or delete anything before publishing.
• Payment happens only when you choose to publish and unlock the guest link and QR code.

When a refund is available

• The service fails to work as described and we cannot fix the issue before your event.
• Where a refund is required by law.

If something is not working, contact us before your event date so we can fix it in time.
